MHS Marquettes Performed In Disney World

The McKinney High School Dance/Drill Team, the Marquettes, returned recently after a spectacular trip out of state, traveling to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The Marquettes went over the Martin Luther Holiday weekend, departing out of Love Field on January 14th and returning on January 18th. Twenty six of the thirty eight girls on the team went on this trip.

The team performed on stage in Downtown Disney on January 15 to a very large viewing audience. The trip was not all work and no play as the girls were able to sneak in some fun and tour the park Disney World.

The Marquettes were accompanied by their Director, Mrs. Amy Neely, and Assistant Director, Mrs. Addrianne Stephens and parent chaperones.
