Second Annual Red Hot Road Rally

Second Annual Red Hot Road Rally

The Second Annual RED HOT ROAD RALLY is coming August 25 benefiting the Children and Community Health Center.

Over 200 motorcyclists are expected to join together to raise money for this indigent healthcare clinic for the uninsured.  Kick-stands up will be at Fiat of McKinney with the riders rolling into the YMCA Adventure Camp in Westminster for a fajitas lunch and prizes.
Mary Nelle Cummins, the founder, never thought that her dream of a small children's clinic would result in a full-time community clinic for adults and children, with over 3,000 patient visits each year.  Volunteers staff every position with part-time nurse practitioners providing the medical care with volunteer doctors.
Now the dream grows as Medical Center of McKinney provides CCHC with a grant to expand its hours to a full-time, 40 hours a week clinic.
CCHC needs your support to continue this dream and to fulfill the promise of a full-time clinic.   By supporting the Red Hot Road Rally 2012 you will fund medical and office supplies, medication for children, equipment and salary to make our community a healthier place to live.
CCHC provides basic health care to families without insurance who have been affected by illness, economic downfall and other personal financial instabilities.  Most work in low-paying positions.  Our patients may be your neighbor or a family member.  Basic qualifications include proof that the uninsured patient is below 200% of the federal poverty level which is a standard measure for charitable organizations.  Won’t you help CCHC provide basic healthcare to children and adults?  Contact us as www.cchc-vim.org or call 972-547-0606.  Check out the video about McKinney Center of McKinney and our patients.  http://bit.ly/Jn6jYJ
