McKinney Community Garden Meeting
Tending a Community Garden is a great way for communities to produce food for personal use, as well as for those in need. Participants will enjoy the benefits of creating a community where volunteers will be able to learn and practice organic gardening methods, grow local, and enjoy fresh and nutritious produce.
This preliminary planning meeting is to evaluate interest and discuss options and plans. Volunteers will be needed for a Steering committee, and several subcommittees, even before the gardening begins next spring.
