Downtown McKinney was filled with puppy love on Sunday afternoon as dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds pranced through downtown adorned in a variety of costumes portraying animated characters from comic books, movies, and television during the annual Krewe of Barkus parade.
With temperatures near 70 degrees, hundreds of spectators visited the vendors at Mitchell Park, lined the streets and frequented the outdoor dining venues while taking advantage of the beautiful weather.
