There is a site on White Stallion Trail during the holidays that has probably made you stop and take notice.
It's the house with the 25-foot tall Christmas tree, the arches of made of lights, mini Christmas trees lining the street, and the 8-foot tall star mounted on the roof. If you haven't seen it, treat your family to stopping by after dark and taking in 70,000 lights synchronized to music.
They're located at 7805 White Stallion Trail, which is located off Alma Road, in between Eldorado and 121.
This year marks the 5th year for the show that the Ahnemann family calls “McKinney Christmas.” Over the past few years, the Ahnemanns have used their popular holiday attraction to help do good for others during the holiday season. They have partnered with the Toys for Tots program to help bring toys to those in need. Donations at their home have consistently doubled each year! Last year they collected close to 500 toys! Donations are accepted starting Thanksgiving night (the first night of the show) and will be accepted through December 18th. Donation boxes will be by the street.
The show features 70,000 lights all synchronized to music, 7 different songs, snow machines, a 25-foot Christmas tree, a 10-foot Christmas tree, an 8-foot star, and leaping arches of light. This home has been on the news and featured in local magazines as well. The show began Thanksgiving night at runs until the first weekend in January.

The light show does not run if there is rain or ice. Please dim your lights while watching the show. Please also be courteous of the neighbors and do not honk your horn or listen to the music loudly with your windows down. The neighbors are very gracious to allow us to do this, and we do everything we can to respect their homes during this time of year.
