Stratford Land announced it has partnered with Dallas-based multifamily developer, Zale Corson Group Inc., to purchase nearly 20 acres of land in McKinney.

Mark Zale of the Zale Corson Group told marketwatch.com, "We believe this location and the lack of multifamily properties in the surrounding area make this property extremely desirable."
