In the first match the Lady Broncos figured out that in order to beat Plano West, they were going to have to back each other up, and that’s exactly what they did. All night long the girls played and fought for each point not giving up for anything. After all, this was one of those games that determines placement in the playoffs no less.
In sets three and four, the Lady Broncos turned up the heat and reversed the rolls by changing the momentum to their own. By doing so, the girls earned every point they got. They passed well, blocked the Lady Wolves offense consistenly, and if it got past the block, the defense was there to back them up with a dig.
As for the Lady Bronco offense, Tori Turck and Parker Shepherd ran the show, setting up perfect play after perfect play so that the outsides, Kelly Koop and Megan Mollett, could continue to kill it.
