McKinney City Manager Explains Why Hank's Texas Grill Targeted

CBS 11 news talked to Jason Gray, city manager of McKinney, about Hank's Texas Grill and its claim of harassment from the city.

Gray explained that Hank's is a fire hazard and called its highly attended concerts "a huge danger."

This is ridiculous!! Being a life long McKinney resident, small business's is what have given McKinney it's charm and reason people have flocked to this city to live. Hank's has went through hundreds of inspections since opening in 2003 with little more than a few write up or citations since, that they have quickly resolved. WHY now all of a sudden do over 80 citations pop up? Someone in the City of McKinney is on a witch hunt and is just nit picking trying to pursue their personal vendetta against this establishment or owner. City of McKinney - GO FIND SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE TO DO WITH YOUR TIME!!!

"Highly attended" that means the citizens like it. Dont punish business for being successful just because you dont like the crowd.
