Kassi Cano, 27, was arrested at the Stonebridge Academy day care on Tuesday for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The incident allegedly occurred in 2008 near Waco.
A grand jury in Waco indicted Cano last week on four sex charges against a child, including using sex toys repeatedly on a 4-year-old girl.

This is the second day care worker in McKinney to be arrested in the past month. Jordan Ronald Smith, 23, was arrested Aug. 22 for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
