A local television report said the City of McKinney "turned up the heat" on a popular local restaurant Monday, and it did it in court.
An ongoing battle between the city, which cites numerous fire and safety code violations, and Hank's owner Ron Reynolds, who claims harassment, took another turn to start this week.
Though a judge denied the city's request to close the restaurant and upheld a restraining order for at least another week, the judge did grant McKinney's request to have its police officers again patrol Hank's parking lot.
