A report by CBS 11 in Dallas claims that Hank's owner Ron Reynolds is alleging more harassment by the City of McKinney Police Department, including an anonymous 911 call from a pay phone in Aubrey that sent police to his establishment.
McKinney’s police chief, city manager and fire chief have been ordered into court to explain their actions.
