District tennis singles champion Evan Nix, a recent McKinney Boyd graduate, will play for Texas Tech this fall, the school announced this week.
Nix, who helped lead the Broncos to the Class 5A semifinals, is the newest member of the Red Raiders' signing class, according to Tech coach Tim Siegel.
