When asked about what McKinney's Community Lifeline Center does for its clients, the agency's Executive Director, Christine Hockin-Boyd, said, "We work with our clients on decision management rather than crisis management."
Hockin-Boyd (right) is passionate about helping others and specifically, helping area residents who are dealing with the unexpected in their lives get back on their feet. Over the last year, the CLC has also been serving Collin County veterans and their families. Scroll down to watch the highlights from my sit-down with Hockin-Boyd in the second episode of Reel McKinney: MacTalk.
Editor's Note: Town Square Buzz's "Reel McKinney" is a regular Buzz TV video series about our city. Besides being your primary written and photographic source for all things McKinney, we want to be your local "TV station" right here on the web. Other shows that have debuted so far include The Good Life (featuring the entertainment scene) and Gen Next (a show about and for teens and 20-somethings). MacTalk is Matt Bado's interview show with local personalities.
