Isleworth Subdivision Hit with Rash of Home Burglaries; Was Dark-Colored Hummer Involved?

Submitted by McKinney Police Department

The McKinney Police Department responded to four residential burglaries early Sunday morning in the Isleworth Subdivision.

At approximately 12:24 A.M. on July 29, MPD responded to the first of the calls. These burglaries share several commonalties to include:

-- Some of the homeowners were out of town;

--Forced entry was made through the back door;

--It appears that the unknown suspect(s) primarily took items from the master bedroom and
master bathroom from each residence;

- and the burglaries were reported on Sunday, July 29, 2012.

Collectively, the unknown suspect(s) stole family valuables, jewelry, one (1) gun safe, and one (1)
handgun for a combined monetary loss of more than $100,000.

Thus far, the ongoing investigation has yielded that an unknown white male was driving a dark colored Hummer – possibly black, in the neighborhood during the timeframe these burglaries occurred.

The MPD is requesting that anyone with information regarding these and/or other criminal offenses contact Detective Ray Clark at 972.547.2718.
