In part 3 of the TownSquareBuzz Town Talk with Mayor Pro-Tem Travis Ussery and Councilman At-Large Roger Harris, questions concerning the status of the Gateway Project, located at the northeast corner of Hwy 121 and U.S. 75 Central Expressway, are addressed, including pending plans for a 186 room hotel and conference center.
Editor's note: The Town Talk took place on June 21, 2012. On June 25, McKinney Community Dev. Corp. approved funds for the city to proceed with a letter of intent with Champ Hospitality and Beck Development for the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center.
