As part of the ongoing TxDOT project to widen U.S. 75 from the Sam Rayburn Tollway to White Avenue in McKinney, TxDOT has informed the City of the need for the complete closure of Park View Avenue between U.S. 75 and Wilson Creek Boulevard starting Thursday morning, July 19, at 7:00 am until Thursday afternoon, August 2, at 5:30 pm.
This will only impact that portion of Park View Avenue east of U.S. 75. The U.S. 75 main lanes and frontage road lanes and all of Park View Avenue west of U.S. 75 will remain open. Drivers will be directed around the closure by appropriate detour routes.
