McKinney's Lang Wins Her 1st LPGA Tour Title in Waterloo, Ontario

Former McKinney High golfer Brittany Lang won the Manulife Financial LPGA Classic on Sunday, after shooting three straight playoff birdies on the par-5 No. 18.

The 26-year-old Lang, who turned pro in 2005, won her first LPGA Tour event. She also became the first player from Duke University to win an LPGA Tour event.

"I can't believe it took me seven years to win a tournament out here," Lang told the Associated Press.
