Evan Williams, Garrett Wallace, Wesley Beeland and Sam Stampley all signed their letters of intent Wednesday to play college baseball next year.
Williams, a four-year lettermen at Boyd, signed with Oklahoma State University and says he is excited about continuing to progress to one day acheiving his life-long dream of playing in the Major Leagues.
“I’m most excited about the opportunity to play against the best talent in the nation in the Big 12 Conference," said Williams. "I’m nervous about balancing out school and baseball. My family is very happy for me because I love baseball and they know that this has been my dream to not just play college baseball, but to continue to progress and move closer to my dream of playing in the MLB.”
Wallace will attend McLennan Community College in Waco, TX next year, while Beeland signed with Brookhaven College in Dallas, where he will join former Bronco teammate Shane Sharkey. Lastly, Stampley will continue his playing career at Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Congratulations to all of the Bronco players who signed on Wednesday and best of luck at the next level from everyone here at TSB!
