The Watch Parties may never end as McKinney's Hollie Cavanagh ends her time on FOX's American Idol, McKinney insurance agent, Sean Lowe prepares to take the spotlight on ABC's The Bachelorette.
"He's a great guy," says Andrew Schull, Sean's brother-in-law and employer, "We are excited for him to be a part [of the show]."
Andrew, a former teammate of Sean's when the two played football together for Kansas State University, is now, thanks to Sean's matchmaking, married to Sean's sister, Shay. He is the proprietor of Andrew Schull State Farm where Sean is employed. In addition to working in the family business, Sean puts his athletic good looks to use modeling for fitness magazines as well.
According to sister Shay's blog, she and hubby Andrew may be trying to return the matchmaking favor, as they are the master-minds behind bringing Sean to The Bachelorette:
"Last September, Andrew and I were sitting at home watching our favorite TV show...The Bachelor...when Andrew just decided to turn Sean's application in. Why not? He's cute, single, 28, and a fabulous guy...the perfect contestant. Little did we know the adventure we were sending him on. After a couple of trips out to LA for auditions and such, Sean was picked to be one of the contestants. We were even more excited when news spread that Emily Maynard would be the Bachelorette (Andrew and I loved her during Brad's season). So...that's what we have so far. This spring, Sean left us and set off on this crazy adventure. I'm pretty sure this season will be fantastic...adorable Bachelorette plus my cutie brother...perfection :)."
Okay McKinney, let's tune into ABC tonight at 8:30 p.m. to see how well Andrew and Shay have done as far as getting their little brother the hook-up. If the online spoiler alerts are accurate, it looks like they just might be returning the matchmaking favor in a big way. Let the watch party begin!
