Bracy Wilson, candidate for Texas House of Representatives in District 70, announced he has received the majority support of the Collin County Republican Party leadership.
The conservative, grassroots leaders of the Republican Party recognize that Bracy Wilson has the integrity and backbone to represent the district. Bracy's confirmed record which incorporates nineteen years of fighting for our conservative values in ministry makes him the right candidate to work for the people of District 70. Through the success of his company, as an education reformer in Texas, he has taken the bureaucrats head on in Austin to improve education. Bracy is the only candidate that has experience working in Austin and is a proven fighter. His career in ministry, business and education has prepared him to best represent House District 70. The following endorsements highlight support for his campaign:
"Bracy Wilson is the clear conservative choice for State House District 70. His business experience and his excellent character qualities are exactly what are needed in Austin. Bracy will bring many strengths to the House of Representatives. His expertise in job creation, attention to cutting wasteful spending and dedication to broad-based education are just a few of his passions. The issues that concern citizens such as Health Care, Taxes and Illegal Immigration are areas where he will be bold and tough on in Austin. His commitment to standing up to big government and being a strong voice in opposition are among his qualities as a leader. Bracy is without a doubt the most qualified and I am excited to send him to Austin as our new conservative Representative for District 70," said Kathy Hebert, Precinct 179 Chairman for Collin County.
"Bracy Wilson is a strong Pro-Life conservative who will defend the rights of the unborn! Bracy is an advocate for reducing waste, lowering taxes and has the skills and temperament to actually get things done in Austin -- these are the reasons why I strongly support and endorse Bracy Wilson for Texas State Representative District 70!" said John Myers, Precinct 64 Chair for Collin County.
"I am proud to endorse Bracy Wilson for Texas State Rep (HD70). I believe Bracy will bring some valuable insight to the Legislature regarding school choice in Texas with his background in business and charter schools. Our Legislature sets budget and certain policies for our elected 15 member State Board of Education. He can bring forth the information on this critical issue with 1st hand knowledge not dependent on lobbyist information and influence," said Barbara Harless, Precinct 144 Chairman for Collin County.
"As someone that's been involved in Collin county politics and Republican politics for a long time, it's refreshing to meet someone of Bracy Wilson's caliber to know that he'll stand up for the voters of HD 70. Bracy is truly conservative and he's a 'go getter'. I also personally know that Bracy is a good family man, that loves his wife and loves his kids. As a Collin county precinct chair and as the HD 70 caucus chair, I'm proud to endorse Bracy Wilson for HD 70 state representative," said Brian Fletcher, Precinct 134 Chair HD 70 Caucus Chair for Collin County.
