Report: McKinney Law Firm Looking Into Conflict of Interest Claims in Deion Sanders Case

The Dallas Morning News reported that the McKinney law firm of Abernathy Roeder Boyd & Joplin is looking into a potential conflict of interest in a case involving former Dallas Cowboy Deion Sanders, his estranged wife Pilar and the City of Prosper Police Department.

Pete Schulte, the attorney for Pilar Sanders, said he's concerned that Boyd's law firm is representing Deion Sanders, against the civil suit's allegations that he abused his wife, while it also advices the Prosper Police Department, which cited Deion Sanders for assault.
