Collin County Business Press reports that BV Realty Partners has hired Binswanger to sell the former Blockbuster Video headquarters in McKinney.
The 888,096-square-foot industrial building sits on 47.8 acres at 3000 Redbud Blvd. in the McKinney Industrial Park, just off Highway 75, near the George Bush Turnpike. Additionally, approximately 83 acres are available separately on the east and north sides of the property. The facility was formerly used by Blockbuster Video for its corporate headquarters, warehouse and national data center and was constructed in 1997.

The building has 142,296 square feet of two-story, air-conditioned office space featuring private offices, conference room, data processing room, cafeteria, and first aid station; 37,800 square feet of Tier 3 data center space; and paved and lighted parking for approximately 940 cars and 120 truck trailers.
