The Dallas Arboretum, just a short 45 minutes from McKinney and one of the most beautiful display gardens in North America, was the venue for the 24th annual Mad Hatter’s Tea. Hosted by the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum, the net proceeds from the event benefit “A Woman’s Garden”, the crown jewel of the gardens at the Arboretum.
Seven women from McKinney attended the event, as pictured from left to right: Edna Rodgers, Barbara Tomes, Sharla Bush, Linda Spina, Aretha Harvey, Beth Moody Walthall and Patricia Wysong. (Click the image below to enlarge.) Spina and Walthall also serve on the Women’s Council Board of Directors.
