Alicia Susanna Robles, 28, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of intoxication assault and intoxication manslaughter, according to a report Thursday in the Dallas Morning News.
The story said that Robles was indicted this week in Collin County on felony charges that she killed one pedestrian and seriously injured another while driving drunk in her Ford conversion van on Jan. 18, 2011.
Police reports stated that the men were struck on the U.S. Highway 75 service road, just south of Wilmeth Road. They were reportedly walking in the service road lane after their truck broke down. Eulalio Hernandez-Ocampo, 32, of Garland was killed.
