Through the technology of my handy FLIP video camera, I do short interviews with a different small business owners in or around McKinney.
Dr. Richard Thrasher and his family moved to McKinney a little over four years ago, after retiring from the United States Air Force. The military was instrumental in educating this highly accomplished ENT and, in return, his skills and innovation helped countless service men and women fulfill their commitment to our country.
Since a child, Thrasher has moved around more than he ever stayed put. Now a principal at the Ear Nose & Throat Center of Texas, Dr. Thrasher and his family think they just might have found their last stop – McKinney. TX.
(By the way, four years ago Dr. Thrasher was instrumental in the reparation of Stuart J’s Nose!)
If you think you have a story to tell send me an email at spearlman@townsquarebuzz.com and tell me why you should be the focus of Stuart J’s Lens.
Here are some of the rules:
● Your business does not need to be an advertiser on TownSquareBuzz.com. (Although if you are reading this, you can already appreciate that TSB is the place to go to reach thousands of people like yourself who are interested in the goings-on in McKinney.)
● The objective is to be serious about small business in and around McKinney but in a fun way. If not full of personality, (fun, charming, quirky….), you will not make the cut. (Note: I stole that line from "Chopped"!)
● This personality could stem from what drove you to a particular business, what your strangest/funniest business experience has been or what we “really need to know” that we probably would not have guessed. Boring, staid, “we make widgets and want people to come buy those widgets” stories will not be featured.
● Did I mention you don’t have to pay to play? The cost of entry is simply a story the folks in McKinney would enjoy hearing.
I hope you enjoy this week’s episode. Just click on the little screen under the word “Video” below to get started.
