On Friday the 13th, around 10:45 p.m., in the Stonebridge Ranch community of McKinney, a resident saw a white teenage-size boy remove a chair that blocked the entrance to the front porch. The chair was later found in the front yard.
The resident's car alarm was set off while parked in the driveway and one teenage size boy was seen getting into a tan or light colored Tahoe type SUV.
The resident suspects that another person may have been on the driveway where resident's car was parked. That person may have left the scene of the disturbance on foot.
The MO of vandals in the past has been to hide behind brick mailboxs or unlitily boxs and in shrubs. One drives the getaway vehcle, one or two perpetrate the treespas. Any vandals on foot meet up with the driver of the get away vehcle out of sight of the house where they were trespassing.
The getaway vehicle on Friday the 13th was a tan or light beige Tahoe type suv. Disturbances and tresspass happen reguarly in Stonebridge Ranch, usually after 10 p.m., especially on Friday and Saturday nights. As well as on any night when children do not need to go to school the next morning.
Residents should be " on guard" on those nights. Doorbell slamming aka Door Bell Ditching begins shortly after dark (small, medium and teenage size children enjoy that activity). Parents were seen on one occasion driving small children around the neighborhood and helping the little children throw toliet paper into treetops.
An attempt to break down a storm door in Woodhaven happened last year. A cooler containing beverages was reported missing on a social networking website by a home owner in Woodhaven village.
