Fatal House Fire Update: Two Indicted

A local grand jury indicted two men involved in the Eldorado house fire that took a life in late Oct. 2011.

Christopher Graham (42) was indicted on charges of arson, manslaughter, burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.  The indictment also says that Graham injected (or assisted) the now deceased Stephen Cummins with meth. Graham's bond was set at $2 million.

Winford Raynard Watkins (42) was also indicted on one count of burglary in connection with the fire.

The third suspect, Smokey-Dawn Smith (26), has not been indicted and is in the Collin County Detention Center.

Cummings was found dead at the home on Hillcrest Ct. while he was house-sitting for his out-of-town parents.
