Advent Activity Day 17: Take a Deep Breath and Enjoy Your Community
Today marks the last Saturday before Christmas day. Chances are, rain or shine, you’ll be out and about. Chances are it will be crowded. Chances are you’ll want to move faster than you are able. Chances are you or someone around you will honk a horn, cut in line, or, impatiently harrumph at the person, place or thing impeding your progress. Some of you will be shopping. Some of you will be making merry. Many, many, many of you will be working to provide services and goods to all those shoppers and merry-makers. No matter how you choose to spend this Saturday, take a deep breath, smile like you mean it, and make the choice to enjoy your experience.
