Advent Activity Day 12: Dance
For many, Monday marks the first day of the workweek, a return to the daily grind. It’s become a day of mourning and moaning. In fact, has anyone ever seen a bumper sticker or post stating, TGIM? Let us try something different this week. Let us start the week off by cranking up the jams and busting a move. You heard right. Dancing has all sorts of health benefits, from burning extra calories, to increasing the good mood hormones, to warding off dementia. Plus, it’s just plain fun. TGIM!
