The event was held Monday, October 10th at the Frisco Arts/Discovery Center and benefits North Collin County Habitat for Humanity, and was presented by Fiat of McKinney and the Ben E. Keith Company.
With 25 restaurants participating, there was no excuse for a single guest to go home hungry. Maylee Thomas entertained the crowd, as they bid on silent auction items, bought raffle tickets in attempt to win a new Fiat, enjoyed face painting, and a multitude of culinary delights as they basically, ate their way from one side of the spacious venue to the other.
Celebrity food judges included Chris Vogeli, Executive Chef of 3 Forks, Steve Stoler of WFAA Channel 8, Frisco Mayor Maher Maso, Collin County Commissioner Matt Sheheen, McKinney Mayor Brian Loughmiller, Sheriff Terry Box, Melissa Mayor Reed Greer, Farmersville Mayor Joe Helmberger, and Texas State Representative Ken Paxton.
