High School Hallways – Week of September 19th
High School Hallways is brief weekly digest of happenings in McKinney area high schools.
McKinney Independent School District (MISD)
1) MISD College Night @Boyd HS
College Night will be held Wednesday, September 21, at McKinney Boyd High School. From 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., students and parents can visit with representatives from over 100 colleges, universities, vocational schools, and armed service institutions.

2) Whole Foods Fairview Community Giving Day
The McKinney Education Foundation (MEF) has been invited by Whole Foods at the Village at Fairview to be the beneficiary of their Community Giving Day on Wednesday, September 21.
A total of 5% of the day’s net sales will be donated to MEF and all you have to do to make qualified purchases is shop at the on Wednesday, September 21 between 8am and 10pm.

7) Homecoming Dance will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011,from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM in the CHS Cafeteria. Dress code will be in effect for this event.
8) Meet the Teacher Night is scheduled for September 19th from 6 – 8 pm following at PTSA meeting at 5:30pm with guest speaker Dr. Burdett.
