Tracy Rath running for City Council? This is great news! Good for the citizens who have unknowingly benefitted from her work for years... and great for McKinney! As a friend, coworker, and former boss of Tracy, I cannot think of ANYONE more willing, able, or passionate to provide servant leadership. Her passion, dedication, devotion, and inspiration are unmatched. I have watched her build consensus when no one thought it could be done. She has brought in projects on or under budget when others told her it couldn't be done. Her record of success at bringing MPAC on line speaks for itself.
